I qualified in 2008 as a homoeopath from the British School of Homoeopathy, and am a registered member of the Society of homoeopaths. I have a fine art degree and also have a background of working with children in creative play. Before studying Homoeopathy I spent many years making herbal remedies and have a good all round knowledge of natural medicines. I spend my spare time bringing up three sons in a busy household, and love walking my dogs and being out in the natural environment, walking or camping. I enjoy yoga, painting and drawing, astrology, playing piano, as well as continuing to study homoeopathy. I am happy to treat children, teenagers, and adults alike. I do however have an interest especially in the treatment of children and teenagers. I believe it is important to treat young people with homoeopathy early on in life, to strengthen their immune systems in a more natural way, in the hope that they may be able to avoid the need for harsher medications later on in life. I am also currently in the process of working on women's transformational workshops with Lizzie Daisley-Smith.
I love working with homoeopathy and want to make it more available to people of all situations, so I am happy to run low cost clinics for those who need it. I am also working on interactive displays and exhibitions to make homoeopathy more widely understood and accepted as a successful medicine. I am interested in working with stories in relation to remedies and I love the way that myths, legends and folklore relate to herb lore and remedies. I like to explore the ways that all natural phenomena are interconnected and have potential to work as curative medicine. I see Homoeopathy as a system of medicine that works within the laws of nature to stimulate and encourage the individuals own unique ability to return to health. |
